I had some issues with shipping and Cheerful Bargains was very helpful in tracking it down and re-sending another. The Pizza Clock itself was shipped in its box, wrapped in bubble wrap and bagged, it was very secure. I think the clock is a great bit of fun and an excellent conversation piece. If you are a pizza lover definitely get one!
