    Parrot parasol

    In relation to Order No. CB11818, I bought this green parrot parasol as a gift for my mother-in-law to use down her beach hut on the Essex coast, and it arrived on Tuesday. Unfortunately she has phoned me this evening to inform me she has opened it today to use for the first time and there is a split down one of the seams about 12" long. How can we resolve please ?

    Used the parasol for the first time today and it took me several attempts to get it to stay open. Thereafter, seemed OK but testing it afterwards, sometimes it clicks open and stays that way, sometimes it doesn't. Perhaps it's the newness - we'll see. However, the design is lovely.
